The Forge Monaco is the first personalized training gym based in Monaco. While there are many fitness centers in the Principality, the idea of The Forge was to create something unique, exclusive, special, and most importantly prioritizing fitness over all else. Our challenge was to create the brand, and make it stick in people’s minds as one of the coolest, fitness-focused training facilities in town.

As it was a completely new brand, we began by workshopping the name, followed by logo and brand identity. We designed the website and a creative launch campaign to open the doors. From the launch onwards, we have continued to create content and manage the social media channels as well as new creative advertising campaigns.

The creative launch campaign was a great success in sparking brand awareness. 8 out of 10 people that came or called said they had seen the ads and were attracted by the campaigns. Nearly 100% of clients said the unique and creative ad caught their attention and sparked curiosity about the brand. The website ranks #1 for critical keywords on SEO search, and The Forge is now one of the most popular personal training facilities in Monaco.
